Quartz is a multi-tenant platform for project, expense, and accounting management. If you're running into trouble or have questions, here's how to get the answers you need.
Common Questions
Account & Sign In
Each user account is tied to an organization and accessed through that organization's subdomain. If you can't sign in, confirm you're using the correct subdomain for your organization. You can reset your password from the sign-in page.
Invitations
New users join Quartz by accepting an invitation link sent by an organization administrator. Invitation links expire after 14 days; if yours has expired, ask your administrator to send a new invitation.
Integrations
Quartz integrates with QuickBooks, Bill.com, HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, FreshBooks, Xero, Stripe, Monday, Zendesk, and FreshDesk. Integrations are managed by organization administrators from the admin panel. If a connection has stopped working, an administrator can reconnect it there.
Expense Requests
Expense requests can be submitted from inside a project or, when enabled by your organization, through a public form. Submitted requests follow an approval workflow before being processed for payment.
